Biography

Jon is a member of the Real Property and Estate Planning groups. Jon brings a rich background to his practice and his clients. With experience in the music industry, event planning, and management prior to law school, he looks to bring a creative and collaborative approach to the legal needs of everyday Nova Scotians.

Jon received his law degree from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in 2021, where he received the Honourable Angus L. MacDonald Prize, the Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP Prize for highest overall average-private law courses, the Judge Fran Potts award, and David M. Jones Memorial Award for the third year student whose “character has been a source of inspiration and optimism to his or her classmates and the law school community.”

Jon lives in Dartmouth with his wife, Cali, their daughter Leigha, their two cats, and all of Jon’s old music gear.
