Shelly Meider

Biography

As Corporate Services Coordinator in our Halifax office, Shelly oversees the coordination of workflow, precedents and procedures for the Halifax corporate/tax team to ensure all of our business clients receive consistent, cost effective and highest quality service.  She also provides guidance and mentorship to develop other team members.

Shelly has extensive experience handling both routine and complex tax driven corporate structuring.  She is involved in corporate transactions for Nova Scotia and federal entities including continuances, amalgamations, purchases and sales, re-organizations, incorporations, dissolutions, restorations, alterations, changes to names and share transactions including redemptions and dividend resolutions. She also assists with formation and maintenance of Nova Scotia and federal societies and general and limited partnerships.
