Biography

Tracy Bannier is an associate practicing Family Law and Civil Litigation. Whether assisting with corporate litigation issues, or with family law disputes, Tracy’s goal is always to find clear and concise solutions to your legal problems. Tracy has represented clients at the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the Social Security Tribunal, and at both Supreme Court and Provincial Court in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Tracy has a sub-specialty in Fertility Law and has represented clients hoping to grow their families with the assistance of gestational surrogates. Tracy additionally has an interest in complex family relationships, and is always striving to help create a family arrangement that will work for your families.

Tracy obtained her law degree in 2014 from the University of New Brunswick, and received her Bachelor of Recreation from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2006. Tracy was called to the  in 2015.
